Our History

2001

Patriot Bank opened in Millington in October 2001, operating a full-service bank and a mortgage division in two temporary locations.

2003

Both the bank and mortgage division moved into a new headquarters building at 8376 Highway 51 North in Millington in April 2003. Also in 2003, Patriot Bank established a presence in the Collierville market, first with the acquisition of BancPlus Mortgage in April, followed by the opening of the second full-service Patriot Bank location in August 2003. 

2004

In 2004, Patriot Bank moved into the Tipton County market with a Patriot Bank Mortgage loan office in Atoka in February and the third full-service banking location in Covington in May. The bank maintained steady growth, topping the $100 million mark in assets at the end of 2004, and adding services and staff needed to serve an expanding customer base.

2005

In 2005, the Millington mortgage division moved into new office space at 8370 Highway 51 North, next door to the bank’s Millington headquarters building. Also in 2005, the Loan Operations Department moved to the Covington Square location, consolidating Loan Operations, Loan Review and Compliance in the same location.

2006

In May 2006, Patriot Bank opened its fourth full-service location in Barretville.

2007

Growth continued with the opening of Patriot Bank’s fifth location in South Tipton County in July 2007 and the opening of the sixth location at Covington South in September 2007. Patriot Bank Mortgage moved the existing mortgage office in Atoka to the new South Tipton facility in July 2007.

2010

In 2010, the bank purchased a prime lot in the heart of the commercial district of Collierville.

2012

In January 2012, the Collierville location moved into their new branch on Market Boulevard.

2017 

The Arlington Loan Production office opened in 2017. 

2019

In April 2019, the bank opened a new location in Rosemark and the Barrestville location became the Corporate Office.

2020

In November 2020, Patriot Bank and Patriot Bank Mortgage celebrated the grand opening of its Raleigh Springs location.

2021

In April 2021, a temporary modular unit for banking services was opened on the bank's permanent building site in Arlington.

2022

Arlington banking and mortgage services were consolidated into one location at 5340 Airline Road in April 2022.

Patriot Bank also believes in giving back to the communities we serve. 

Partnerships

Patriot employees are active participants when it comes to community partnerships like building houses with Habitat for Humanity in the City of Memphis, sponsoring a Rotary event in Millington to raise money for literacy programs, working with the Page Robbins Alzheimer Center for their annual golf tournament in Collierville and supporting the Covington Exchange Club’s fundraisers to benefit the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
